Description
In-line Jet Mixing facilitates man-less cleaning of the storage tank with the introduction of high-velocity fluid jets into the crude oil tank for the purpose of sharing the paraffin and resuspending the accumulated sludge.
Permanent installation of an in-line Jet Mixer in the tank’s manway allows for desludging and the cleaning of the crude oil storage tank without removing the tank from service.
The Jet Mixer produces a high-velocity stream of a specialized chemical blend that shears, dissolves, and resuspends accumulated tank bottoms or sludge.
Our Jet Mixing System is both remedial and preventive. It can be used to solve an existing sludge problem and when permanently installed on a storage tank, can be used intermittently to prevent future sludge accumulation.
